Our Mission
Offering Affordable Senior Living
for 40+ Years
In 1977, Arthur Escobado and his three sons, Arthur, Michael, and Phillip, began working on the development of Azteca Apartments. Construction finished, and the doors were opened for residents in 1979. Our apartment community has always been family-oriented, and Art. Sr. and Michael still own and manage the complex today.
In 2013, Azteca was selected as one of the Top 3 properties in the State of Colorado due to our energy system maintenance upkeep, and our building. We were awarded a grant from the Governor’s Energy Office, which helped us upgrade our common area air conditioners, boilers, individual air conditioning units, refrigerators, and well as heating systems within the units.
